The conditions today were meant to be pretty shit, but we got really lucky and the rain seemed to turn into wet snow, which made the powder from the previous days even better. The visibility sometimes got pretty low, but overall it was an amazing day of skiing! I even did a back run, the black part of Avanti, I really feel like something clicked today and I was one with the skis. Eduardo better give me one of those "Black Diamond" pins; that's pretty much the only reason I braved it.
We tried for an early dinner at Mountain Standard, and far out are we glad we did because we got in at 5pm and it was the best meal we've had in a really long time.
Lodge Tower is awesome, today the little present was gummi bears, so cute!
