Last year for the Flying High Christmas Showcase, Ben and I performed a lovely doubles routine, which almost didn't happen! Poor Ben hurt his back on the Monday before the performance. With lots of physio, dry needling, stretching, heat packs and pain meds, we got through our performance, and although it wasn't our best run through, we were ecstatic to be able to perform it in front of friends and family:

Hahah this is when Ben almost dropped me from the handstand walk-over because he couldn't quite place his hands on the ground, we survived!
Oh man I got this second attempt at the split, but missed the first one, so annoying!
